Our informal payment and collaboration terms to keep in mind as we create something amazing together
We’re thrilled to work with clients like you, and we often do so without a formal contract. However, we believe it’s important to share some key expectations when we collaborate.
Immediate Payment for Immediate Work
We love jumping on projects right away! To get started, please pay your invoice as soon as you can. Payment is considered due immediately, but we’ll begin in good faith to get you your results as quickly as possible.
Late payment fees may apply as stated on your invoice.
Your Responsibility TO ProviDE ACCESS & Assets
Friendly reminder: It’s up to you, dear awesome client, to provide everything we need to complete the work. Depending on the project, this includes creative assets, website/online store access, 3rd party software access, and so on. We’ll let you know all the details in our conversations.
Larger projects
For projects over $2500, we ask for a minimum 50% deposit upfront to confirm the discussed project timeline. This allows us to reserve that time for your project.
The remainder is due before launch/deployment/completion or on the agreed date.
If a project delayed on your end beyond the agreed timeline, a 10% rescheduling fee may apply for us to finish up, and the project completion will be subject to our availability.
